The opportunity to enjoy God

To love God by emphasising practise of belief (faith) rather than just belief and in so doing we acknowledge any response towards God as valuable regardless of how small or big, different or strange. Therefore we seek to learn the healthy rhythm between doing and being by giving sufficient time and space in the life of the faith community towards reflection and rest and study and work.

The opportunity to enjoy one another's company

To love one another by emphasising the experience of the grace of God (the enjoyed favour of God) so as to extend the same grace we have received from God to others. This compassion to all is grace in action and is worked out, lived and experienced not in a vacuum of isolation but in the interaction of personalities and lives. Therefore we seek by intention to place sufficient time in the life of the church to enable us to relate with no other agenda except relationship.

The opportunity to enjoy love, loving and being loved in action

To love in action in such a way that we treat people with dignity, honour and respect; act as good stewards of the earth; and in so doing present ourselves humbly as the conscience within society. This will mean we need to be learners and risk takers and confident enough to fail yet humble enough to succeed knowing and convinced that the best is yet to come.
